Feel sad that films have to clash: Hrithik Roshan
The clash of Raees and Kaabil at the box office isn’t a good thing for either of the two parties involved. After much deliberation and alleged efforts to avert the same, the two will make an appearance at the box office on the same day — January 25. But Hrithik Roshan isn’t bitter about it — grim perhaps, but not bitter. “I feel sad that films have to clash like that, but I also feel that they must have done their best (to avert the clash). It is their baby also and they must also have looked at other dates. May be they didn’t get a better date.”
He doesn’t discount the fact that they’ve been struggling for a release for a long time either. “Raees has been in the works, trying to get a release for the past two years, so I think a little better planning would have averted this clash. Now that it’s happening, we have to be graceful about it and hope the best comes out of the situation,” he adds.
He adds that he will watch Raees when he can. Now that’s the spirit, wouldn’t you say?
