Sidharth Malhotra reacts to reports of relationship with Kiara Advani
Mumbai: Ever since the handsome hunk Sidharth Malhotra has entered the Bollywood horizon, he has been tagged to his female actors.
His name was first linked to Parineeti Chopra while the two were shooting their second film ‘Hasee Toh Phasee’. The rumours began and they faded away too soon. Then Sid was linked to many actresses he has been spotted with – model Isabelle Liete being amongst the few.
He was then tagged with Alia Bhatt, who was also his co-actress in their debut film ‘Student Of The Year.’ Candid pictures of Sid and Alia started doing the rounds right before ‘Kapoor And Sons’ released, till some time back. However their break ups and patch ups have also been the talk of the town. According to reports, the next lady to have entered Sidharth’s life is Jacqueline Fernandez. Undeniably, Sidharth and Jacqueline became the new item in B-Town, with sparks flying all over with their presence alone. Their intimacy began only during the shoot of their already released film titled ‘A Gentleman’. Sid and Jacqueline became paparazzi’s delight as they were often spotted enjoying dinners together. However, when we asked them what was cooking between the two during our interactions for ‘A Gentleman’, both laughed it out stating that these rumors are not true.
According to the latest source, Sidharth is often spotted with his secret love interest who makes an occasional visit to his house, relishing dinner together.
At the recently held trailer launch of Sidharth’s forthcoming Neeraj Pandey directorial ‘Aiyaary’, we cornered Sidharth and quizzed him who that secret girl is? “Who are you talking about mam? I would know?” counter-questioned Sidharth.
So we straight away asked him about the rumors floating around that he and Kiara Advani are the new item of B-Town. To this, Sidharth smiled and gushed, “Nahi yaar. I met her only once at Karan Johar’s party. After that I have not met her at all.”
So the mystery still prevails…who is the secret girl clicked by the paparazzis zooming in an out with Sidharth in his car?
Well! Yet then, Sidharth and Alia’s break up too was no secret. And Sidharth had also clearly stated that he is single and lives all alone with his pet dog indeed.
On the film front, ‘Aiyaary’ is all set to clash with Akshay’s film ‘Padman’. These two earlier worked in ‘Brothers’ and call themselves real brothers. Ask Sid if he and Akshay will promote each other’s film and he quips, “We have just launched our trailer today. The first promotional step has just begun. However, whatever further promotional strategy is sorted out for us, we will adhere to it. And why not promote each other’s films? We may and will promote each other’s film as well,” he concludes.
