Exclusive: Akshara Haasan loses her cool on team of film, shouts at journalist

Star kids and their starry tantrums! At a recent promotional event for Laali ki Shaadi Mein Laddoo Deewana, starring Akshara Haasan and Vivaan Shah, Akshara, who was apparently unwell, lost her cool at the entire team as she felt that the promotional strategy was not chalked out efficiently and professionally.

Our source said, “Akshara and the team were busy promoting their film in Mumbai. The promotional activities started around noon and Akshara had fixed up an appointment with a doctor in Juhu at 6 pm. Akshara ko jana tha, so she refused to complete a few interviews that were lined up — as it was 6.30 pm — and was heard yelling at a distributor! When a media person requested her to complete the interview, she shouted at her too. ‘Everyone here has been so unprofessional’ she was heard mumbling.”

Just two films old in Bollywood, Akshara’s first film, Shamitabh flopped miserably. She also worked as Rahul Dholakia’s assistant director in the film Society, but the film has not yet seen the light of the day. Laali ki Shaadi… is her second Hindi film release and a lot will depend on this film’s success to boost Akshara’s career.

Meanwhile, a fun filled sangeet event with well known singers and the star cast of the film was organised for the evening. The film crew were wondering if Akshara will attend the event or give it a miss?
