Dutt refuses to promote Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3 over poor outcome, Sanju queries?

With Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster 3 all set to hit silver screens this Friday, there are reports doing the rounds that the film’s lead actor Sanjay Dutt has refused to promote it because he’s unhappy with the outcome.

However, the film’s producer Rahul Mitra has another tale to tell. “Sanjay is currently busy shooting for Prasthanam. We have an ensemble cast, and all of them are busy actors. It just so happens that Sanju is shooting back to back,” Rahul says, adding, “Right after Prasthanam, he will start working on my next film, Torbaaz, so reports of him being unhappy are absolutely false. Sanju is very much excited to be a part of this film.”

Could another reason for his refusal to face the media be the ample amount of media-bashing that went on in his recently released biopic?

“That film is out, and he has already done a few interviews about it. The good thing about Sanjay is that he is not pretentious — whatever he feels, he says. There is absolutely no reason for him to avoid the promotions. He is the most excited of all of us,” Rahul says.
