Mumbai: After a very intriguing trailer, the makers of 'Kahaani 2' have released a new poster that highlights the mystery that revolves around Vidya's character in the film. Who is she really? Vidya Bagchi or Durga Rani Singh?

The trailer, which was unveiled recently, is absolutely riveting from the word go.

The film, a sequel to Sujoy's critical and commercial success, 'Kahaani,' had starred Vidya and gave her one of her best roles till date.

The sequel looks even more perplexing with its complex plot and twists that are potent enough to shock from the trailer itself.

Arjun Rampal himself looks different from his usual demeanour, as a calculating cop trying to unravel the mystery surrounding Durga Rani Singh, portrayed by Vidya.

The film, which also stars Jugal Hansraj has been written by Sujoy Ghosh himself. The film is scheduled to release on December 2, 2016.
