KWK 6: Ranveer picks Taimur over Deepika, forms Ranbir's Tinder bio, Akshay joins in
Koffee With Karan Season 6 began with a bang as the beauties with acting talent alias Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt graced the first episode.
This was followed by an interesting episode featuring Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar, both who are similar in many sense, including:
- Enthusiasm and zest for life.
- Ranveer wearing red undies in the song Befikre, reminded Akshay of his yesteryears, and said that it was very similar to the blue undies look in the song ‘It's my life’.
- Akshay got married to Twinkle at the age of 33 and Ranveer, too is getting hitched to Deepika Padukone at 33.
- Both are every woman's fantasy.
Akshay mentioned Ranveer’s Singh love for dancing adding that his energy is next level, by saying, “Whenever he goes to someone’s wedding for a performance, he is the last person to leave. That guy’s wedding is done, he wants to go for his suhaagraat, they’ll leave when you leave! Hats off to Deepika for living with this person.”
Ranveer Singh narrating his childhood story when he met Akshay Kumar for the first time, said that his cousins from Canada wanted to meet the Khiladi actor, and hence, he visited one of the sets of his film where Raveena Tandon was shooting with him. The Lootera actor shared that Akshay's first words to him were ‘I like your hairstyle’.
Ranveer Singh even suggested a great idea to Karan, saying that he would like to be in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai starring Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor can play Aman (Salman Khan)'s role.
Ranveer Singh also went on to reveal that Arjun Kapoor may leave a party abruptly if he gets a booty call.
On being asked which song perfectly describes his feeling for Deepika, he said, Sweet Child O’ Mine by Guns & Roses. Ranveer then mentioned that his worst habit as a boyfriend is that he is always late.
Akshay on the other hand confessed that his worst husband trait is being inattentive towards his wife Twinkle Khanna when he watches cricket.
He further mentioned that he wants Ranveer Singh to star in Rowdy Rathore remake, and we would totally agree because who wouldn’t want to see someone who’s played Khilji say the dialogue ‘Don’t angry me’!
Ranveer also confirmed that he is scared of roller coasters, and only likes it the second time around.
On being asked to give Ranbir Kapoor’s Tinder bio, Ranveer said, ‘I have many talents, even outside bedroom'.
According to Akshay, the most obnoxious text he received from his wife Twinkle was ‘Take me for dinner right now’ at a time when his movie was releasing in 2 days.
When Karan Johar asked which Khan Ranveer likes the most, among the 3 ruling superstars, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Salman Khan, he ended up taking Taimur Ali Khan’s name, adding that he wants to do a movie in which he will play the adorable munchkin’s father. Ranveer ended by confessing that he is a very big fan of Kareena Kapoor Khan.
