Varun Dhawan almost confirms venturing into production with his No. 1 father

David Dhawan is known as one of the leading filmmakers of Bollywood. He is the helmer of all No. 1 series and was renowned in the 90s for his works with Govinda and later Salman Khan.

Years later, his son Varun Dhawan made his Bollywood debut and with time, he became a heartthrob among the youth. Right now Varun is leading a successful professional life and appears ready to take the next step in his life – marriage.

The actor has invested in a house of his own, and it was heard that with his father’s help, he would also venture into production.

Speaking to Hindustan Times, Varun revealed, "Let dad be the one to announce that. He is the deserving one – the real number one (laughs). I am not denying anything but he should do the honours."

Now it is in due time that David Dhawan would announce the name of his production house which he began with his son Varun Dhawan. His elder son Rohit Dhawan is a director, who had helmed Desi Boyz and Dishoom.
