The much-anticipated announcement for the female lead in Heropanti 2 has been made. The filmmakers have finally announced that Tara Sutaria will be paired up with Tiger Shroff in the second installment of the successful action franchise.
A spokesperson from the production house shares that Sajid, who had seen the rushes of Tara’s scenes in Ahan Shetty’s debut film, was really moved by her brilliant performance. “She is a great actress, who’d be a perfect fit for her role in Heropanti 2 opposite Tiger Shroff,” says the spokesperson.
Incidentally, Tara and Tiger reunite on screen after two years. Sajid Nadiadwala had announced Heropanti 2 earlier this year and through the film plans to take this franchise to the next level in terms of scale, action and all other aspects.
Heropanti 2 will be directed by Ahmed Khan, who earlier directed Baaghi 2 and Baaghi 3. The prequel to Heropanti 2, Heropanti, had worked wonders at the box office, and Tiger’s performance was the highlight of the movie. Fans had loved Tara and Tiger’s chemistry too in SOTY 2.
