Laapataa Ladies to be screened at the Supreme Court

Kiran Rao's Laapataa Ladies, which she directed, is to be shown at the Supreme Court of India on 9th August. Kiran Rao and Aamir Khan will participate in the screening.

In fact, according to an official notice by Chief Justice of India who happen to have a number of judges attending with their wives and a few other family members during the event.

The movie will thus be screened on Friday, 9 August 2024; it has been undertaken as part of activities organized during the seventy-fifth year of establishment of Supreme Court of India which is committed itself towards gender equality. It is starring Ms. Nitashi Goel, Pratibha Ranta and Sparsh Shrivastava in lead roles while Mr. Ravi Kishan Chhaya Kadam and Geeta Aggarwal Sharma are also there in pivotal characters.
