Bad Blood singer Taylor Swift is all set to appear in the court regarding a case she had filed against former DJ David Mueller, who she claimed had grabbed her butt during a meet-and-greet almost four years ago. Mueller, on the other had, claimed he never meant to touch Swift inappropriately and first sued her as he lost his job due to the incident.
An exhibit list obtained by The Daily Beast indicates that evidence introduced during the nine-day trial will include the “at issue photo,” Swift’s cellphone records, her senior manager Frank Bell’s handwritten notes, and emails exchanged between Mueller’s employers. According to the website, the court where the trial is set to happen holds less than 50 people, so court administrators have arranged for spillover areas for the public and media. Taylor’s fans can get their court passes, but cannot wear her t-shirts or get banners to support her.
