Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are headed to family court in Los Angeles over Kevin’s request for about $25,000 extra a month towards child support.
According to TMZ.com, the 36-year-old Toxic singer claimed that Kevin’s requests for additional money are for his other four children, as opposed to the two sons he shares with Britney: 12-year-old Sean and 11-year-old Jayden in the court documents.
Federline, who has two daughters with his wife Victoria Prince, and a son and daughter with ex Shar Jackson, has been receiving around $20,000 monthly from the Make Me... singer. She’s also forked out about an extra $15,000 a month for school and recreational expenses, the outlet reported, bringing her monthly contributions to about $35,000.
