Cardi B is back with a bang. According to JustJared.com, the rapper will finally be seen performing and opening for the MTV VMA Awards. This will be her first performance after giving birth to her daughter, Kulture. MTV broke the news on Instagram, and wrote “Wanna party with Cardi? @iamcardib will open the 2018 @VMAs. You don’t wanna miss this. August 20th at 9p on MTV ?? #VMA. (sic)”
The news comes after the Bodak Yellow singer had recently dropped out of Bruno Mar’s tour citing that she needed to spend more time with her daughter and that she was not ready to get back to performing.
