Janhvi Kapoor’s wish to do a rom-com has come true! The actor is all set to lead Param Sundari with Sidharth Malhotra. The love story between a North Indian boy Param
and a South Indian girl Sundari will be helmed by Tushar Jalota. A much-loved trope in films, seen in movies such as Chennai Express and Two States , Param Sundari is set in Kerala,
and promises to be a rollercoaster of laughs and misadventures in love. "Lately both Sidharth and Janhvi got stereotyped in a certain genre. He has been playing a valiant soldier in
dramas such as Shershah and Yodha, and she has been doing serious survival dramas such as Mili, Ulajh etc. Param Sundari will be a departure from the norm for both, and Janhvi is keen to showcase her knack for comic timing, which is very similar to that of her mother Sridevi,: says a publicist. Janhvi was last seen in a miniscule role in Devara, while Sidharth has been
facing a lean patch. Param Sundari is scheduled to hit the screens in July 2025.
