Priya Bhavani Shankar is turning out to be the next much-sought-after face in K’town, after the acclaim she got from the film Meyaadha Maan. The small screen actress, has quickly garnered the attention of the masses with her debut feature film.
Now, it is rumoured that the actress is part of Vijay Sethupathi’s Junga, which already has Sayyeshaa as the female lead. Though there has not been any confirmation from the makers, it is strongly suspected that the actress is part of the new film, which is currently being shot in France.
When DC got in touch with Priya, she however refused to comment on the recent reports, and said, “I can’t say anything regarding this at this point. Unless there is an official confirmation from the makers side, I would say the reports are just rumours.”
Junga, directed by Gokul of Idharkuthaanae Asaipattai Balakumara fame, became a sensation when the pictures of Vijay Sethupathi in a new makeover started circulating on social media platforms. Sethupathi is reportedly playing a stylish gangster in the flick. Also, Priya Bhavani Shankar is part of another film by director Pandiraj, which has Karthi in the lead role.
