Actor Ashok who tied the knot with Saranya recently is a happy man these days. He has got two films in his kitty — a solo hero thriller Priyamudan Priya with Reshmi Gautam and Othaikku Othai with Atharvaa, which are on the verge of completion.
The Ula actor has signed yet another movie Vidiyaadha Iravondru Vendum, which has a social message. Yesteryear Tamil/Telugu heroine Aamni’s niece Hrithika Srinivas debuts as the heroine.
Karuppaiah Murugan who has earlier given Yaanai Mel Kuthirai Savaari directs the movie. He says, “It is a thriller which happens in one night and hence the entire movie has been shot by night in Chennai and Arakkonam. The last schedule will be shot in Pondicherry. The movie imparts a message that talks about road safety and also one should take initiative if he witnesses an accident on the road. But the normal tendency is to pass on the responsibility to someone and we just being watching it one among the whole crowd.”
