Vishal’s Thupparivaalan which released few weeks back received critical acclaim and positive responses from the audiences too. The actor who is currently shooting for Lingusamy’s Sandakozhi 2 has resumed the shoot of debutant director Mithran’s Irumbu Thirai.
Even though the film went on floors last year, the shooting was put on hold for a couple of months due to Vishal’s gruelling schedule.
Sources say that the Kaththi Sandai actor had initially decided to shoot for Sandakozhi 2 and Irumbu Thirai simultaneously. Since the actor had to concentrate on Nadigar Sangam and TFPC, he couldn’t accommodate Irumbu Thirai as well. After completing a schedule of Sandakozhi 2, Vishal has joined the sets of Irumbu Thirai on October 29. This schedule will go till the end of this month, with which the film will be wrapped up.
Despite heavy rains, the film’s shoot is currently taking place at Ritchie street in the city. A source close to the team says, “Samantha had already wrapped up her portions before her wedding. In this final schedule, Vishal and Arjun will be shooting for their portions. Irumbu Thirai is expected to hit the theatres for Pongal 2018.”
