Vishnu Vishal has three heroines for company
Vishnu Vishal’s new film FIR went on floors on auspicious Vinayaka Chathurthi day. The movie is written and directed by Manu Anand, a former associate of Gautham Menon.
The first look poster and motion poster which were unveiled earlier by Gautham and composer Anirudh respectively featuring a mask-clad Vishnu Vishal surrounded by newspaper clippings about international terrorist organisations like ISIS and Al-Qaeda, proved intriguing enough to go viral.
While it was said that Manjima Mohan would be paired opposite Vishnu, on the pooja day we spotted two more hot heroines - Reba Monica John and Raiza Wilson.
Spilling the beans on the film, Vishnu who plays the titular role says, “Set in Chennai, I play an educated Muslim boy belonging to a middle class family who is in search of a job. The story revolves around Faizal’s life and what he goes through because he is a Muslim. It has a terrorism backdrop and strong emotional content. I can't reveal more at this point of time.”
On three heroines in the film, he says, “Everyone has a clear character arc and they have a huge bearing in the script. The director has not made any commercial compromise like there are no songs.”
Raiza took to her social media handle and revealed a bit of her character. She wrote, “I’m elated to finally share with you guys some exciting news !! FIR- I will be playing Anisha Qureshi and this character is so intense that I'm getting goose bumps thinking about her.”
Bankrolled by Anand Joy, the film has Arul Vincent of Kirumi fame as cinematographer and Ashwanth as the music composer.
