Kamal Haasan to croon for Charu Haasan?
Earlier, it was reported that Charu Haasan and veteran actor Janagaraj are making a comeback in an untitled film directed by newcomer Vijay Sri G, in which, Charu Haasan will be playing an 85-year old local don. Now, the makers are planning to rope in Kamal Haasan to sing a number for his elder brother.
Speaking to DC, Vijay Sri says, “Yes, we are planning to approach Ulaganayagan. It will be great if things pan out well. So far, everything has worked well for the film. I hope this also turns out right.”
He then adds, “I consider the opportunity to work with Charu Haasan sir and Janagaraj sir, a blessing, and I would like to use this chance well. Charu Haasan sir said ‘double okay’ when I said that he would be playing a dhadha!”
Veteran comedian Janagaraj, who will be acting after a gap of nine years, will play a retired military officer who is the father of the heroine in the film.
Kamal Haasan and Charu Haasan have acted together a few times but post Vikram (an adaptation of Sujatha’s novel of the same name), the brothers stopped working together.
