Yuvan Shankar Raja has postponed his maiden production venture Pyaar Prema Kadhal for a day as a mark of respect to the departed leader Kalaignar Karunanidhi. The movie, which was scheduled to hit the cinema halls on Thursday is releasing on Friday, August 10, competing with Kamal Vishwaroopam 2.
In a note issued by him he has said, “With profound grief that was caused by the demise of our beloved leader Dr Kalaignar Mu Karunanidhi we regret to announce the postponement of our film Pyar Prema Kadhal from August 9 to August 10. Considering the plight of the grief stricken state we are left with no choice. The man who always remained as lover of good cinema will be with us blessing us forever”. Similarly, Hansika who celebrates her birthdays on August 9 was supposed to reveal her next 50th milestone film’s title on the day. Reportedly, Dhanush was to launch ‘Hansika 50’. Now she has rescheduled it to a later date.
