Vikram's daughter engaged to Karunanidhi's great grandson

Fans of Vikram are excited after photos of his daughter Akshita's engagement to Manu Ranjith — son of Manu Rangathan, the owner of Cavin Kare's CK Bakery and great grandson of DMK supremo M. Karunanidhi — began circulating in social media.

The low-key affair, which was held on Sunday, was attended by close friends and families of the bride and groom, that included the likes of director Shankar and Udhayanidhi Stalin among many others. Vikram looked to be a happy father during the whole event, while Akshita and Ranjith, who wore traditional outfits, looked elated.
