Actor Karthi is gearing up for the release of director H Vinoth’s Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru on November 17. Meanwhile, the actor has moved on to his next project, which is touted to be a rural subject helmed by Pandiraj. The film has Sayeeshaa as the female lead and Meyaadha Maan fame Priya Bhavani Shankar in a pivotal role.
Recently, the film went on floors in Chennai with a formal pooja which Sivakumar, Suriya and the entire team attended. A source in the know tells us, “Sayyeshaa, who is back to Chennai after shooting for Junga in Paris, will be part of the first schedule. Scenes involving Karthi and the Vanamagan actress will be shot in this schedule. Also, the shooting of the movie will happen in Chennai for a couple of days and the team will head to Tenkasi for a 40-day long schedule.”
Produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment, the film also has powerhouse performers Sathyaraj and Bhanupriya in significant roles. Soori, Sriman and Mounika are also part of the cast. The technical crew includes cinematographer Velraj and music director D Imman.
