T Rajhendherr is back after a decade
T Rajhendherr is back to direct, act, compose music, write the script, and crank the camera for his upcoming film. The multi-faceted actor-filmmaker is making a comeback as a director after a decade-long gap with his untitled film. His previous directorial was Veerasamy, in 2007. He also played the lead role in his own venture.
Rajhendherr, who is currently acting alongside Vijay Sethupathi in director KV Anand’s Kavan, speaks to DC about his upcoming project — “It’s true that I am planning to make a film soon. I am working on the script and also the music for the film,” he affirms.
“There is a lack of seriousness among the current youngsters when it comes to love. Only a few, without knowing what love is get stuck with it. The story will be based on that and will be modern. I am composing the music for the movie and am sure it will go with the current trends,” he adds.
The veteran actor has decided to stick with new faces instead of casting stars — “I have never been after stars. The lead roles will be played by new faces. I am introducing two new heroines in the film.”
And yes, TR will also play a role in the film. He is currently busy with the pre-production of the upcoming romantic film.
