Word has it that Nayanthara has resolved to work predominantly in films which give importance to her character, or are heroine-centric. It is also said that she has been avoiding offers with leading heroes.
But rumours were rife that the Naanum Rowdy Thaan star had relaxed her rule for Vishal. Sources suggested that she would be teaming up with the Marudhu actor with whom she was paired in Sathyam, eight years back. The movie was to be directed by Socrates, a former assistant to Kamal Haasan who helmed the Sasikumar-starrer Bramman.
However when we contacted Vishal, he said that it was news to him! “I don’t know from where these stories originate. My hands are full with three films, — Thupparivaalan, Irumbu Thirai and Sandaikozhi 2. I haven’t signed anything new yet.”
Meanwhile, the actor has registered a complaint with the CoP, that he was getting anonymous calls though which miscreants abuse and threaten him. He further requested the police officials to take proper action on them.
