Suriya’s NGK is one of the most anticipated films of the year. Directed by Selvaraghavan, NGK features Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh playing the female leads. The movie, slated to hit the marquee last Deepavali, was delayed due to the director reportedly falling ill. Now the good news to Suriya fans is that the political thriller was recently wrapped up.
Director Selvaraghavan officially confirmed this news with his tweet - “It has been a fantastic journey filming with the one and only @Suriya_offl sir. Meanwhile, we hear that Suriya gifted gold coins to all 130-odd crewmembers of NGK on the last day of shooting. The Thaana Serndha Kootam actor also quashed rumours that ‘all is not well between him and Selva’ posting a message on his social media handle. “Selvara ghavan...Thank you for giving me a new high, behind and in front of the camera!!!” The film has Yuvan Shankar Raja scoring the music.
