CV Kumar, who produced offbeat movies like Soodhu Kavvum, Pizza and other successful commercial ventures under his Thirukumaran Entertainment banner, has always had ambitious dreams. He has launched his next venture, an adventure thriller where leading Hollywood technicians have been roped in.
Kumar tells DC, “This movie will be based on animals — it will have intense graphic work with real time wolves. We are planning to make this a large scale movie with an expensive budget. It will be shot in and around Canada from June onwards. From who’s going to train the wolves to how, I am going to materialise this further. It is going to be a big challenge! We are in talks with four or five heroes as well, but nobody has been zeroed in on yet. Debutante director Kishore Selvam will be helming this and Ghibran is the music director.”
Ask him if it’s a multi-starrer, he replies ‘no’ and adds on a lighter note, “I’m not saying that this movie will be on par with Predator, Game of Thrones or Jurassic Park, but this is going to be quite a different film, which the audience hasn’t seen before.”
