So far we have seen only heroines taking ghost avatar except for a few actors like Lawrence and Srikanth. However, here is debutant Nandhakumar, who turns ghost for an upcoming film. Also the director and writer of the horror movie Soorakaathu, Nandhakumar has roped in the child-artiste-turned-heroine Leema Babu as the female lead.
Speaking about the project, he tells us, “The hero, who does not believe in supernatural stuff goes to a village where many murders take place. People of the village strongly feel that there exists a ghost, which kills everyone. Now, the hero is out to prove his theory, but unfortunately, a ghost possesses him. What happens next forms the rest.” For the ghost look, I have used a special make-up, the director reveals.
He adds, “I have also imparted a message that more than the ghosts, the anti-social elements are dangerous to the society. Director Saravan Sakthi who has written the screenplay for this horror thriller will also be seen as the main villain in the flick.”
