The intro songs of Vijay movies and their visual conceptualisation are of major significance to his huge fan following. And his upcoming Thalapathy 63, a sports based drama in Atlee’s direction, is no different. The opening song in AR Rahman’s composition will feature Vijay dancing with hundreds of kids shaking their leg as support dancers. Bamba Bakya, who crooned the ‘Simtaangaran’ track in Sarkar, may have been roped in to sing the peppy number.
Besides Nayan playing his romantic interest and others like Yogi babu, Vivek and Kathir in important roles, the latest addition is Kapse Poovaiyar, the 13-year-old singing sensation from the ongoing ‘Super Singer’ reality show. He will act alongside Vijay besides singing a song. The news was made official on the show.
