Will Dhanush choose Vada Chennai or ENPT?
Actor Dhanush is probably one of the busiest actors in K’town. He is currently shooting for his Hollywood debut, The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir. The actor-director tweeted that the final leg of shooting is currently underway in Paris. After he wraps up the Hollywood project, the Pa Paandi director plans to return to Chennai to focus on his Tamil projects.
As of now, he is committed to Gautham Menon’s Enai Noki Paayum Thota, Vetri Maaran’s Vada Chennai and Balaji Mohan’s Maari 2. A source in the know tells us, “Dhanush is yet to allot specific dates for ENPT and Vada Chennai. He will figure it out once he lands in Chennai and after completing them, he will move on to Maari 2, which might commence in September or October. While Vada Chennai is 90 per cent complete, 15 days of shoot is left for ENPT.”
Also, another source revealed that the release of Soundarya Rajinikanth’s VIP 2, which has Dhanush and Amala Paul in the lead, might get postponed. “The film was slated to release on July 28, but it may get pushed by 10 days. An official confirmation on the same is still awaited,” the source adds.
