Anjali, last seen in the recently released Vijay Antony’s film Kaali, has been roped in to play the lead in Lisaa, said to be India’s first ever-stereoscopic 3D horror film using Helium 8K cameras. From the first look poster, going viral now on social media, the movie looks like hardcore horror genre. And it is not the first time Anjali has been a part of ghost films. She was earlier seen in a Telugu horror film Chithrangada and Balloon in Tamil.
Directed by Raju Vishwanath, the film will see the introduction of Helium 8K cameras in a horror genre. Ace cinematographer PG Muthiah who turned a director recently with Madura Veeran is producing the film.
Earlier, Vikram Bhatt’s horror thriller Haunted, which was released in 2011, was India’s first stereoscopic 3D horror film. Santhosh Dhayanidhi composes the music for Lisaa. Helium cameras are also being used by ace Shankar in his upcoming fantasy sci-fi thriller Rajinikanth-Akshay Kumar starrer 2.O.
