Gautham Vasudev Menon who is back in fold and gearing up for his pending film releases including Dhanush's Ennai Nokki Paayum Thotta (November 29), which is being released by Vels Film International. While his long delayed Chiyaan Vikram starrer Dhruva Natchathiram has a few more portions to be shot, the maverick filmmaker has yet another flick Joshua Imai Pol Kakka with Varun in his kitty.
The latest we hear about Menon is he is starting a female centric movie starring Anushka Shetty, and is adapting a script of B'town filmmaker Govind Nihalani. Govind is the writer of Dhrokaal, the original version of Kamal Haasan's cult classic film Kuruthipunal.
One may recall the buzz about Gautham teaming up with Anushka came up two years back but fizzled out after some time. And Gautham recently unveiled the teaser of Anushka's upcoming flick Nishabdham.
If all goes well, this will be the second time Anushka collaborates with GVM after their earlier flick with Yennai Arindhaal, which had Ajith in the lead. The director is also reportedly committed to make a film with Suriya, with whom he gave two blockbusters Kakka Kakka and Vaaranam Aayiram.
