Earlier, it was just Suriya’s Si 3 that was scheduled to have a solo release on January 26. Owing to the ongoing jallikattu protests and other undisclosed reasons, the team has decided to postpone its release for the third time.
Producer CV Kumar decided to capitalise on this decision and has announced that his production venture, Adhe Kangal, helmed by debutant director Rohin Venkatesan, will release on the Republic Day. This romantic thriller stars Kalaiyarasan, Janani Iyer, Sshivada and Bala Saravanan in the lead roles.
