Seems like Dhanshika’s kitty is getting overloaded with every passing day. The Kabali actress already has about half a dozen films, and now she has been roped in as the female protagonist in the Tamil-Malayalam bilingual film Solo. Directed by Bejoy Nambiar of David fame, the film has Dulquer Salmaan playing the lead role. A source close to the actress confirms the news —“Dhanshika has already joined the sets of the film. It has been about three days since she started shooting. She is playing the role of a visually-challenged girl.”
The film also boasts an ensemble cast like Sai Tamhankar and Prakash Belawadi. Tamil actors like Sathish and John Vijay are also part of the film. Bankrolled by Bejoy Nambiar’s production house Gateway Films, Solo marks Bejoy’s directorial debut in Malayalam. The crew has already completed two schedules of shooting at a rapid pace. Alongside this project, Dhanshika is also working on films like Kaalakoothu, Rani and Uru etc.
