Abarnathi hit the limelight with the TV reality show Enga Veetu Maapillai where she tried to woo actor Arya in all possible ways and hoping to tie knot with him. She did not succeed in the doctored show which ended quite controversially. Nevertheless, her popularity has landed her in films and now she is the heroine opposite GV Prakash in his upcoming film with national award winning filmmaker Vasantha Balan.
Balan introduced GV Prakash as a music composer in his film Veyyil 12 years ago. The duo is coming together now and this time around GVP will be seen playing the lead protagonist in Balan’s direction. While Radhika essays a crucial character, Nandhan Ram of Palli Paruvatthile fame and ‘Pazanga’ Pandi portray key roles. GV doubles up as the composer of the film. Ganesh Chandra handles the camera while Sridharan is the producer.
