“I don’t normally advise anyone. It is only my suggestion. Anbu should learn the good qualities of his dad ace comedian Mayilsamy sir to be successful in cinema,” remarked actor Vijay Sethupathi at the audio launch of Anbu Mayilsami’s new film Alti.
“I am a fan of Mayilsamy’s acting and speeches. He has got lot of clarity, be it his political or general speeches. I respect him a lot. He has got his distinctive style in acting and he will rock even if he appears in a single scene and in fact elevate the situation. People say you should learn lot of lessons from veterans. That way, Mayilsamy’s inner sense is one thing, which amazes me. That way, not only Anbu, even I have taken lessons from this quality of his.”
The film directed by MJ Hussain has Manishajith as the heroine. Sendrayan, Yasi, Robert, Marimuthu, Nellai Siva, Mippu Sami and Senthi form the supporting cast. Celebrities including Radha Ravi, Bhagyaraj, Jaguar Thangam graced the occasion. Bankrolled by NSR Film Factory, composer Srikanth Deva returns after a gap.
