Keerthy Suresh sings for Saamy Square
Following in the footsteps of actress Remya Nambeesan, Keerthi Suresh has decided to put her singing talents as well as her acting talents on display. The actress, who is basking in the success of Mahanati, is gearing up for her next release Saamy Square. And at the film’s recently-held audio launch event, the team surprised everyone by revealing that the song Pudhu Metro Rail had been sung by Keerthi and her co-star Chiyaan, known to be a good singer.
About her singing debut, Keerthy Suresh says, “Producer Shibu Thameens is the sole reason for it. He showed composer Devi Sri Prasad a random video of me singing, and they both encouraged me to sing a song.”
Talking about her co-star Vikram, she reveals, “When I was young, I had a poster of Vikram sir’s Anniyan in my room. I am a big fan of his character Remo. It’s a dream come true to share screen space with him in SS. He looks just like he did in Saamy.”
