At the promotion of Kavithavum Kannadhasanum Kadhalika Poraanga (Ka Ka Ka Po), director Vijay thanked the heroine Sakshi Agarwal for having assisted him throughout the movie. Quiz Sakshi on the same — and she says she was completely involved in the process right from the nascent stages. “For my intro song — which has nine different looks — I personally scanned through the malls in Chennai as well as in Malaysia, regarding styling, makeup and accessories. Even while shooting stunt sequences, I gave my suggestions,” she says.
Sakshi tells us how she was involved on the sets even when she wasn’t shooting. “I used to come to the spot regularly. Even on the days when I didn’t shoot, I was present on the sets. I used to sit beside the monitor and just observe. It was a very enriching experience,” she smiles.
The actress adds that her phase of experimentation is over now. “Having done four films in a year, I want to grow to the next level, and work with noted actors and filmmakers. I am looking at more serious roles like what Ramya Krishnan did in Padayappa. I am confident that I can nail such characters,” she concludes.
