Writer Arul Selvan has compiled the book where several celebrities have recalled their association with the Uthiri Pookkal director.
A book titled ‘Solli Thantah Vaanam’ in memory of the late iconic filmmaker Mahendran was released recently by ace actor and director K.Bhagyaraj at an event that took place at South Indian Writers Association. Writer Arul Selvan has compiled the book where several celebrities have recalled their association with the Uthiri Pookkal director.
Veterans including Manobala, Manojkumar, Ramesh Kanna, A. Venkatesh, Liyakat Ali Khan, Yureka and Viveka graced the occasion and shared their memories of Mahendran who had mentored many an actor in K’town.
