We had reported about actor Nitin Satya’s production venture, which has his close buddies Vaibhav Reddy and Venkat Prabhu essaying dirty cops. The film has got an interesting title - Lockup.
Directed by Charles, the film has telly actress Vani Bhojan making her foray into the silver screen. Poorna, Eswari Rao and Mime Gopi play crucial roles. Talking to DC as to why they chose this title, Nitin says, “The title Lockup is very relatable to the story. It is an intriguing investigative thriller and the proceedings revolve around a lockup. The film is a tussle between two crooked cops. The movie has shaped up very well.”
Produced under Shvedh banner, with Arrol Corelli doing the music, it has Sandy, who has worked in Bollywood and Telugu films, is behind the camera.
