Hyderabad: The cast and crew of the multilingual movie 'Kannappa' are creating a buzz at the Cannes Film Festival, 2024 in France.
The Bharat Pavilion at Cannes, a platform for Indian filmmakers, is busy with a lot of unveiling and trailer launches of upcoming movies. On Monday, the Kannappa team used the pavilion to promote the upcoming movie.
Lead actor Manchu Vishnu, Director Mukesh Kumar Singh, popular Choreographer-actor-director Prabhu Deva and others have participated in the event. The team had earlier announced that the movie's teaser will be launched at the festival on May 20, 6 pm.
In the star studded epic-fantasy-drama movie, actors Prabhas, Akshay Kumar and Kajal Agarwal will play important roles, and the movie is set to release later this year.
Meanwhile, Sanjay Jaju, Secretary, Ministry of I&B on Sunday has unveiled the official poster of 55th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) as part of the Cannes festival.
