Much water has flowed under the bridge since his run-in with the law and Shine Tom Chacko is now getting busy in Mollywood. He will be seen playing one of the leads in the film Dum directed by Anuram which also has Lal in a pivotal role.
Speaking more about Shine’s character, Anuram says, “Shine plays Antony who is the right hand man of a goon played by Lal. Shine unwittingly gets into a situation and how he emerges out of it forms the crux of the film.”
The film will have entertainment, action and will be a family drama. Shritha Sivadas will be returning to M’ town after a hiatus and the others in the cast include Joju George, Padmaraj Rartheesh, Sreejith Ravi and Bineesh Bastion.
Dum means power and the cast and crew are hoping to pack a powerful punch when the film releases on August 19. Anuram had earlier directed the film Kalyanism.
