A youngster who had a dream to become a scriptwriter and director became an actor by chance. He took even the small roles coming his way just to build up contacts and relations in the industry. However, the success he received is not by chance! The roles he chose helped him cement his space in Mollywood. Neeraj Madhav has made his way to the audiences’ hearts through sheer hard work. His roles in Oozham, Oru Mexican Aparatha, Sapthamashree Thaskaraha and as the lead in Paipin Chuvatile Pranayam are testimony to his evolution as an actor. The youngster is now taking a giant leap in his career by debuting in Bollywood with a web series to be released on Amazon Prime.
Confirming the reports, an overwhelmed Neeraj says, “Yes it is definitely a big break in my career, probably one that will serve as the ladder to my success. I am looking forward to the reactions with bated breath. I hope that the audience will support me as earlier.”
According to the reports, the actor will be donning an important role in the web series and will share screen with ace actors Manoj Bajpayee and Tabu. He had also posted a photograph on Instagram on the same, with the caption ‘Something hot is cooking #bigstep #newventures #manojbajpayee #kishore.’
The web series, which will be a thriller, will be directed by Bollywood director duo Raj and Krishnan who have directed Saif Ali Khan in Go Goa Gone. Neeraj is the first Malayali actor who is getting a breakthrough on an online streaming platform. Commenting on this, he says that there is a huge fan following for web series which is a new fad, but refused to reveal more about the project.
Also a talented dancer, Neeraj has his kitty full with Malayalam movies. He will be next seen in Mammooty’s Mamangam, a period film, which, according to him, is a kind of role he has not attempted so far and has offered him an opportunity to work with mega star Mammootty.
The actor who tied the knot recently is pretty busy shuttling from one set to other.
