After a small gap, actor turned director Madhupal is all set to wield megaphone, but not for a film. He will be directing a serial, which will be telecast in a private channel. According to a close source of his, he is going to adapt G.R. Indugopan’s novel Kaligandhaki.
The script is being written by award winning screenwriter P.F. Mathews. It is not for the first time Madhupal directs a serial. Before directing Thalappavu and Ozhimuri, he has set frames for a few serials. In the meantime, he has a big project in his kitty — a biopic of Karnan, which has megastar Mammootty in the lead role.
