Shabareesh Varma has done it again — he has sung, wrote lyrics and acted in a song Get out house, a famous phrase used by Jagathy Sreekumar in Mazha Peyyunnu Maddalam Kotunnu. After singing three songs and writing eight for Premam, most of which were hugely popular at the time, Shabareesh has now turned lyricist and singer again for Naam, a film directed by Joshy Thomas Pallickal. The music is by Ashwin and Sandeep.
Shabareesh writes on his Facebook, "Hi all, I was blessed to kick-start my film career by singing the song Pistah, a word coined by the legendary Malayalam actor Jagathy Sreekumar. Years later, again I have this opportunity to do a song based on another phrase "get out house', coined by the great Jagathy sir. This new song 'Get out house' is for the upcoming campus film Naam."
The film, expected to release on May 11, has in its cast Shabareesh Varma, Gayathri Suresh, Tony Luke, Ajay Mathew, Rahul Madhav, Aditi Ravi, Noby Marcos, Niranj Suresh, Renji Panicker, Thampi Antony Thekkek, Abhishek Raveendran, Mareena Maichel among others.
