Prakash Raj is back in Mollywood
After a pretty long hiatus, actor Prakash Raj is back in Mollywood for Aadupuliyattam director Kannan Thamarakulam’s untitled next. His previous appearance was in Elektra, where he had played a double role — of Abraham and Isaac. Since then, the national-award winning actor got busy in other South Indian languages and Hindi. “He”ll be playing the eldest of four brothers in a Christian family. A youth-oriented thriller, the plot lays emphasis on travel, but it is not a road movie. There is a suspense element linked to his character till the end of the movie,” says the director.
Jayaram and Unni Mukundan are confirmed to handle the roles of the other brothers and a noted name in the industry is being considered for the role of the fourth one. It revolves around a family based in Fort Kochi. The names for the two heroines haven’t been finalised; one is likely to be a fresh face. Sethu of Sachy-Sethu duo is handling the script of the movie. Pradeep Nair wields the camera of the film, which is set to go on the floors on October end.
