Kailash Kher explores the fundamental quest of individuals with AiR Atman in Ravi
Hyderabad: Kailash Kher is known for his music and devotional songs that have the power to take the listeners to a realm where one feels that oneness with God and the goosebumps are proof that the divine connection does exist. AIR-Atman in Ravi, spiritual mentor and transformational author, met Kailash Kher during a podcast and there was eclectic energy albeit a musical one in the air. While Kailash Kher expressed his emotions and thoughts on life, music and devotion through soul touching songs, AiR too matched the energy with his own versions of songs.
Kailash Kher delved into the topic of finding the ultimate goal of life and said, “Everybody who is alive has a Lakshya, but everybody is looking for it. Some of us take so much time that we die but don’t reach our ultimate goal. We are so engrossed in earning and daily routines of life that we also forget our goal or the fundamental quest, of becoming one with God. Whatever money we earn on earth is reaped as inheritance by our successors and not by us. We all get one life to live and it will be a life well lived if we are satisfied with it and God can say that this person has lived a good life. Just like a parent becomes happy when the child finishes their food, Parmatma also becomes happy when you live a content and joyous life. Sadly, not many of us live that life, but caught up in the cobweb of life.”
AiR-Atman in Ravi responded and agreed that, “Life is a journey, where Moksha is our ultimate goal. We need to know who we are and why we came on earth. It is karma that puts us in the cycle of birth and rebirth while if we get mukti we can attain moksha. Music can become the way to finding that quest and sometimes Ved and Upanishads can fall short of doing what music can do. The energy of music has the power to motivate and take us on a path where we can become one with the Supreme Immortal Power or SIP.”
