Girik Aman is the latest Punjabi rapper to make his mark in Bollywood. After he made his debut with Badshah in Take Your Sandals Off, he came up another single called Saree Waali Girl, featuring Sunny Leone. Girik will be seen making taking up a Bollywood project. Is there any music you loved as a kid or teenager and now are embarrassed about?
Yes, So Gaya Yeh Jahan from Tezaab and Tirchi Topiwale from Tridev. I still love these songs, though.
How would you describe your taste in music?
It depends on my mood. But come to think of it, Sufi music is something that is very close to my heart.
Favourite time and way to listen to music?
While driving, I have loud music playing in my car. I also listen to music before I go to sleep.
One band or musician you’d want a private concert from?
I would love Akon perform a private concert for me.
One live act you’d want to see once in your life?
