Today, Prakash Raj has responded to the controversy by saying that his comments were taken out of context. He explained that only parts of his speech from a literary event were shared, which created a wrong impression. He also said that he respects all religions and did not intend to insult anyone. According to him, some political groups are targeting him and trying to label him unfairly.
