The much-hyped action film of superstar Jr NTR and director Prashanth Neel is reportedly being made with a whopping budget. “The magnum opus will be made with Rs 350 crores, highest in the careers of both, actor and director,’ says a source and adds, “Already, NTR-Prashanth Neel film announcement has triggered a lot of interest around the action-adventure and is bound to rock the box office,” he adds.
Actually, Prashanth Neel's earlier big film ‘Salaar’ with Prabhas was made with a Rs 270 crore budget but this time, Prashanth will have more funds to expand his vision and capture breathtaking action episodes. “The makers have earmarked the highest budget for Prashanth since they trust his anger-driven stories which showcase the hero in a new avatar and set it in refreshing backdrops,” he adds.
After doing action films ‘Devara’ and ‘War 2’, the scion of the Nandamuri family will allot bulk dates for Prashanth Neel since he likes his style of filmmaking and knows how his heroes are brooding and fearless. “Already, NTR is hailed as an undisputed action hero, so Prashanth has just got the right characterization and story to justify his anger and then it would be a roller coaster ride for both the actor and director,” he concludes.
