Varun Tej's latest film, "Gandeevadhari Arjuna," directed by Praveen Sattaru, is gearing up for its OTT release, nearly a month after its theatrical debut. Alongside Varun Tej, the movie stars Sakshi Vaidya, Nassar, Vinay Rai, Vimala Raman, and others in significant roles.
While the film garnered mixed reviews during its theatrical run, with praise for the actors' performances but criticism for its lengthy story and writing, it was generally regarded as a good action film.
"Gandeevadhari Arjuna" is set to make its OTT debut on Sunday, September 24th. Netflix has secured the streaming rights for the film, and the OTT platform announced the release on its social media channels. Their caption roughly translates to: "On 24th September, not only will 'Gandeevadhari Arjuna' be arriving, but also the hope and courage an agent brings."
As for Varun Tej's future projects, he has two films in the pipeline. First is "Operation Valentine," directed by Shakti Pratap Singh, featuring actress and model Manushi Chhillar. The film is said to be an entertaining bilingual project, shot in both Hindi and Telugu, marking Varun Tej's Hindi debut.
The second film, "Matka," a period drama, will be directed by Karuna Kumar and stars Nora Fatehi and Meenakshi Chaudhary alongside Varun Tej. This film is also expected to have a pan-India appeal.
