Rumours about their breakup have been doing rounds and meanwhile, in an Ask Me Anything session on Instagram, the actress confirmed the breakup, stating that she is “entirely single.” When asked by a fan if she was single or committed, Shruti responded, “I don't enjoy answering these questions but I am entirely single, unwilling to mingle, only working and enjoying my life,” adding, “Enough?” to address her curious fans. During the session, she looked stunning in a saree.
Rumors about their split began circulating in April after reports surfaced that Shruti and Santanu had parted ways after nearly four years of dating. According to the reports, the couple broke up in March due to "personal wavelength issues" and decided to separate amicably. Both Shruti and Santanu requested privacy and declined to comment further.
